Run your first review

Pinafly freezes the pages you need signed off, sends one link to the people who have to look at them, and brings their feedback back in one place. Because everyone comments on the same frozen copy, you can keep working on the live site while they review.

1. Install the extension

Add Pinafly to Chrome and connect it to your account. Install the extension

2. Freeze your pages

Open each page you want reviewed, get it into the right state, and freeze it into one flow. Behind a login is fine. Capture a page

3. Send it

Open the flow, click Share, add your reviewers' emails and click Send for review. They need no account and nothing installed. Send pages for review

4. Collect the answers

Reviewers click anything on a page to comment, then answer Approve or Request changes. The Reviewers panel shows who has answered. Close the review when you have what you need.

5. Get it signed off

Turn the open questions into decisions, and have one person sign them all off at once. Get a sign-off
